Summary

This position will perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on mechanical equipment and utility systems.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.
Replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications
Install machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications
Set up and operate machines, compressor, pump, alignment and adjust controls
Start machines and observe mechanical operation in coordination with FSO.
Clean machines and machine parts
Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.
Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures.
Inspect or test damaged machine parts, pressure and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs.
Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information for commissioning and preservation reports.

Qualifications

Age between 20 - 30 years
High Vocational or Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering
0 - 5 year of working experience in Booster Compressors & Engines fields
Able to work in shifts.
Able to work Onshore/Offshore rotation.
Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
Healthy and strong physical demands.
