Maintenance Technician I

Condition of Employment

  1. This position is initially a 1-year contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment upon successful performance evaluation.
  2. You must be available to complete both onshore and on-the-job trainings in Songkhla before starting offshore duties.

Summary

Maintenance Technician will perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on mechanical equipment and utility systems.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.
  • Install machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications
  • Set up and operate machines, compressor, pump, alignment and adjust controls
  • Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.
  • Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures.
  • Inspect or test damaged machine parts, pressure and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs.
  • Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information for commissioning and preservation reports.
  • Fill data for project daily report and HSE related

Qualifications

  • Age between 20 - 30 years
  • High Vocational or Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering
  • 0 - 5 year of working experience in Booster Compressors & Engines fields
  • Able to work in shifts.
  • Able to work Onshore/Offshore rotation.
  • Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Healthy and strong physical demands.
