Field Mechanical Technician

Summary

Verificacion del normal funcionamiento de los motocompresores.
Elaboracion y envio de los reportes de los motores y compresores, parámetros del tablero de control y equipo referente a, RPM, Presiones, Temperatura, Volumen de gas, Niveles.
Registrar y reportar las presiones de gas (Succión y descarga).
Completar el reporte diario de operaciones.
Efectuar el análisis de fallas y reportarlo al supervisor del área.
Mantener el área o locación limpia y ordenada.
Efectuar trabajos Mecánicos a las máquinas, equipos, y componentes en las instalaciones.
Atender instrucciones de los Técnicos Mecánicos, Instrumentistas y Superiores en cuanto al control de herramientas, materiales, equipos y partes durante el desarrollo de los trabajos que se le encomienden; de igual manera, debe también tener especial atención y cuidado en cuanto a su utilización, aprovechamiento y buen uso.
Debe mantener permanentemente en completo orden y aseo las unidades, el sitio de trabajo, esto como una Practica o cultura Permanente
Participar en el arranque inicial de las unidades compresoras.
Realizar los AST, reuniones de notificación de riesgos antes del comienzo de cada actividad.
Cumplir con el procedimiento LOTO.
