Talent Acquisition Advisor
Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support Enerflex’s goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to recruit top talent into the organization. Take direct ownership of successful customer relationships and guide hiring across various business groups. Your main goal is to drive the recruiting process, present qualified candidates, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have demonstrated subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition along with a solid understanding of business strategy and how it connects to talent strategy. This position will be located in our Broken Arrow, OK facility.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Broad knowledge of the business to ensure talent is identified and aligned with the right opportunities based on business demands and candidate preferences.
- Engage in continuous development related to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP), Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), general compliance, military hiring, and other diversity initiatives.
- Execute the recruiting process end-to-end while effectively utilizing the existing process, systems, and tools.
- Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact, and expectations while providing market insights and education.
- Collaborate with the appropriate hiring managers on requisition approvals, rehire issues, and internal/external postings.
- Leverage and maintain recruiting technology platforms to ensure accuracy of candidate records, activity status, and reports.
- Assess applicant and candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best match for a position.
- Coordinate and manage agency vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations.
- Negotiate with candidates regarding counter offers.
- Maintain knowledge of the market and talent supply within specific job functions.
- Connect external employment market conditions with internal workforce demands to identify talent pipelines early for critical business needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies and partner with other Talent Advisors as needed to implement these strategies to meet staffing requirements.
- Assist with our internship programs and intern hiring.
- Monitor requisition health to ensure timely communication, effective candidate engagement, and minimize risks.
- Analyze recruiting performance to evaluate overall quality and effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and company culture.
- Communicate directly with each hiring manager to support their staffing needs.
- Influence hiring decisions by providing valuable recruiting advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications
- a corporate-based or agency recruiting environment required.
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferably Gas Processing, Reciprocating Compression, Refrigeration and/or Engineering).
- Experience with Internship programs and hiring summer interns preferred.
- 2+ years of experience sourcing utilizing a variety of recruiting tools; consistently utilizes creative sourcing methods.
- Knowledge of current OFCCP requirements.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Ability to travel overnight throughout the US and/or Canada up to 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements
Fast-paced general office environment. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity. Domestic and international travel is possible on occasion.
