Summary

Must have previous experience in production and manufacturing of skid of gas and process unit.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assembly of pipe and instrumentation off P&ID drawing
  • Assemble and layout pipe fit up with valves and components according to job and quality requirements. 
  • Working on large skid packages, processing, and gas compression unit.
  • Maintain the safety culture and company’s vision and values.
  • Mentor/teach on job task for specific projects.
  • Comprehension with work instructions
  • Maintain a reliable attendance record.
     

Qualifications

  • Knowledge with addition and subtraction of measurements
  • Comprehension of P&ID drawing
  • Mechanically wise
  • Safety oriented
  • Team player
  • Mentor/Teacher
  • Quick learner
  • Operation of trade tools
  • Knowledge in the use of cutting torch, grinding, tack welding, measuring tool.
  • Operating thread machine
  • Organization and housekeeping skills

Physical Requirements

Industrial environment. This role will require a large amount of standing, bending, squatting, lifting, and walking on a constant basis. May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity.
