Manager, Project Controls - Power Generation
Summary
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for leading the integrated project controls effort on large-scale power generation projects and/or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring project leadership has an accurate, timely, and forward-looking view of cost, schedule, progress, resources, risks, changes, cash flow, and forecast outcomes. Within the company’s matrix organization, this position will report functionally to the Project Controls Manager, Major Projects with project execution responsibilities reporting to the Project Director and/or Project Manager.

Qualifications
- 4 year degree plus 10 years’ experience, or 14 years’ experience working in a Finance, Accounting or Engineering discipline, specifically in EPC or EPF projects in the oil and gas industry, in lieu of degree
- Flexibility in working with a growth-oriented organization in a team or independently.
- Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Must be a detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.
- Preferred experience in working with SAP and/or other ERP software.
