Hydro Tester
Summary
The primary purpose for the role of Hydro Testing with Enerflex Compression & Process is to oversee and coordinate your deliverables to the Spool Shop Supervisors. Your focus will be but not limited to, delivering your piece of the build on time and on budget, maintain the highest quality standards, design criteria, and to also maintain the highest safety standards possible. Duties must be performed consistent with company Visions, Values, Mission statement, and adherence to all policies and procedures.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- General knowledge to review ISO drawings to ensure that all hydro test pressures are correct.
- Ensure that all paperwork aligns with job quality requirements and will communicate with supervisor to advise Quality Control on any deviances.
- Must be proactive and can follow leads instructions.
- Area of work will remain clean and orderly, aligning with our 5S program.
- Communicate with Supervisor to adhere to all witness tests.
- General Knowledge to identify different kinds of materials, specifically carbon and stainless.
- General Knowledge to identify what jobs will require distilled water.
- Works under General Supervision.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be familiar with isometric drawings and charts for pressure testing.
- Candidate must be familiar with piping and vessel hydro set ups.
- Candidate must have Broad experience with power tools, pneumatic tools, and overhead cranes.
- Candidate must have Broad experience to know what gaskets to use for each piece of material and bolts, and to make sure we have enough gaskets to complete the job.
- Candidate must have extensive knowledge of the Flange chart to know what pressure it calls for.
- Candidate must be able to read and write in English.
- Bilingual is preferred but not required.
Note: The position level will be determined after the hiring manager completes an interview.

Fast paced multi process facility. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity.
