Global Continuous Improvement Manager

General Summary:

Embark on a journey that places you at the epicenter of transformation. Enerflex's acquisition of Exterran on October 13, 2022, ignited a seismic shift for Enerflex, effectively doubling our global energy infrastructure assets and adding industry-leading new product lines. We're not passive observers of change; we’re the architects of it.

Moving forward, Enerflex is entering a new era under the leadership of a CEO who joined in September 2025 — bringing a strong focus on winning with purpose and growth that creates shareholder value. The mandate is not simply to grow for growth’s sake, but to deliver meaningful, sustainable results for our stakeholders.  To accelerate this next phase, Enerflex is launching a strategic review of its business in partnership with a top management consulting firm to refine and advance our strategic growth plans.

In order to enable the strategy, Enerflex is intentionally shifting toward a best-in-class continuous improvement (“CI”) and Lean culture to improve productivity, execution, and enterprise performance across a ~$2B global, manufacturing and asset-based organization. The Continuous Improvement Manager plays a critical role in facilitating the building and sustainment of this culture by developing enterprise wide CI capabilities, leading high-impact improvement initiatives, and embedding Lean thinking into how the organization works every day.

This role is responsible for teaching, coaching, and enabling leaders and frontline teams to continuously identify waste, improve processes, and raise performance standards.  This is a highly hands-on role requiring significant time in manufacturing facilities, operating locations, and field environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in manufacturing and asset-based operations, enjoys working directly with frontline teams and functional shared services and is energized by driving change where the work happens.

This is a pivotal role that helps shape the organization’s culture, drives engagement, and aligns people to our CI objectives. The ideal candidate will bring operational excellence and a deep commitment to developing a CI culture.

This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to be a force multiplier in a company not merely adapting to change, but boldly defining its future
