Core Purpose: As a Service Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the branch. You will liaise with various departments and personnel both on and off-site to facilitate smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all administrative duties for the branch with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Raise customer service orders and update the Service Schedule accordingly.
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure all costs are captured before billing.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation services in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports as required.
  • Support team functions and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage technician requests, including leave and clothing requests.
  • Oversee labour management and timesheet submissions for technicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Awareness of Workplace Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and EEO legislation.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to expert level skills in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Basic desktop publishing skills.
