Product Support Representative
Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Product Support, the Product Support Representative's primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance, as required, to our internal and external customers, and the business unit for post fabrication activities. The ideal candidate for this position is an excellent communicator with strong organizational and computer skills, who enjoys working with people and addressing customer concerns.
With a foundation of integrity, the candidate would use commitment and creativity to drive our organization forward. This position is based out of the Enerflex South East Calgary office at 4700 47th St SE, Calgary.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with warranty/deficiencies concerns on projects under assembly in the shop or at site
- Follow up on and provide late and missing materials and documents for shipped projects
- Complete warranty deficiency estimate sheets
- Establish and sustain relations with internal and external customers
- Work closely with Enerflex project execution teams to ensure adequate package turnover to the servicing branch and field construction team
- Attend all project quality walk inspections on the shop
- Available and willing to accept calls and queries, outside of normal daily business hours
- Manage project known deficiency scope that needs to be completed at site through EFX / 3rd party contractors
- Handle unknown deficiencies from site - includes research, coordination of 3 rd parties, etc.
- Support AMS branches on site for reassembly and commissioning tasks
- Support all AMS Service Branches as well as any other Enerflex Compression and Process departments or divisions requesting Warranty assistance
- Responsible for initiating and completing Compression and Process Warranty claims. This includes the pre-approval, invoice approval, and claim submission into the Enerflex database
- Review every Warranty claim for completion, accuracy, and legibility in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures
- Ensure Warranty claims meet all necessary Manufacturers requirements for any possible vendor reimbursements
- Provide feedback to all depts for preventative measures and product improvements
- Assess potential warranty failures for root cause and corrective actions as required
- Learn how to say no to our customers with options, customers are not always right
Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
- Able to lead, delegate and coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
- Comfortable with challenging situations and difficult conversations
- Technical gas processing and compression knowledge
- Ability to read technical construction drawings (P&lD's, GA's, etc.)
- Experience with SAP
