Quality Improvement Specialist

Summary

The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for evaluating, enhancing, and optimizing quality-related processes across the organization. This role focuses on compliance with ISO standards, continuous improvement, digital integration, and cross-departmental collaboration. The position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting lean initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient, standardized processes.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Quality Improvement
    • Analyze current processes, design "To-Be" models, reduce waste/cost/time
  • Quality Issue Resolution
    • Integrate MS-365 App (e.g., Power app) into business workflows
  • Risk Assessment & Compliance
    • Evaluate process/safety risks; ensure compliance with ISO & internal policies
  • Internal Quality Audit
    • Participate in internal audits; track non-conformance and follow-up actions
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Develop dashboards, visualize data, document process changes
  • Customer Complaint Handling
    • Investigate root causes, implement corrective/preventive actions

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Major: Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Data Science, or a related field
Experience: 1–3 years in quality process management or Quality Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome)
English: Intermediate to advanced communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate
Applications: Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SAP (basic), SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Line official, SharePoint, Canva, Business Intelligence tools, workflow systems, Lean Six Sigma (advantageous)
